My Happiness Project Update 1
I have gathered some resources to help along in my journey. I gathered articles pertaining to happiness, self-love, self-awareness, life lessons and hundreds of quotes to aid in my journey to lasting happiness. I visited these websites: www.tinybuddha.com, www.beliefnet.com, www.realsimple.com, www.galadarling.com, and www.goodhousekeeping.com. I got a lot of quotes from Think Exist at http://en.thinkexist.com/quotes/top/3.html and from Facebook. I am ready for the challenge. I know this isn't going to be easy but I also know that it will be worth it. I am ready for life changing results. I am ready to be who I have decided to be, who I am meant to be. STAY TUNED...

My Happiness Project
I have decided to start my own Happiness Project. My goal is to live a happier, more fulfilled life; to have a life full of purpose and meaning. I am willing to try anything to discourage my depression from rearing it's ugly head so I can have a clearer mind to be able to get things done. I am tired of just existing. I wanna live. I know I was meant to do great things. This journey will not be easy but I know it will be worth it.
Happiness starts with self-love. Something I am trying to get better at. I know that my first priority is me. So in order for me to live a happier, purposeful life, I must get connected to my inner self. I know that I must love myself no matter what. So accepting this, I am ready to share my:
Self-Nurturing Mission Statement
I am strong, beautiful, inside and out, and I embrace the world with wide-eyed wonder. My first priority is me. I am loved, alive, and happy. Each day I awaken with a great sense of strength, confidence, and self-love. I have a clear sense of who I am and that I deserve good things in life. I am connected to my innerself with calmness and peace.
Stay tuned to updates as I go about this process, this journey.--Jamie
