Depressed
I have been depressed more than usual lately and I cannot really put "why" into words. Just anxious with life and what it is giving me; just not happy is about all I can say. There has got to be more to life than this. If I wasn't such a Facebook and Twitter addict at times, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. I am glad that I have my blogs to keep me company. I am hoping that the more I write about how I feel the more I will start to feel better. Something's gotta give and I know that things will start to turn for the better soon but it is the present time thast I am having trouble with. LOL. I have had a taste of getting out of my comfort zone in the past 3 months and I liked it. I need to pursue dating again since the last guy just up and stopped talking to me after 3 months. Bastard! LOL No explanation. But anyway since I have been feeling this way, I have started smoking again and have had hives for over 3 weeks now. So whatever needs to happen to make me feel better needs to happen fast so I can enjoy life. Loneliness and boredom are the devil.

I feel you. I've recently started smoking again and dislike that about myself. I've found that exercising or doing some type of physical activity, helps get me out of a funk. Although, right now I seem to have no motivation... it does help.
ReplyDeleteI say continue keeping hope alive. Things WILL turn around for you, I know it.
The worst thing about depression is that you feel alone so it is nice to hear from someone that is "normal" like me lol The hope is always there just sometimes pushed to the back. Stay Positive!
