I do have a big mouth though 

and I am not afraid to use it.

I am a genuinely nice person,

but never mistake my kindness as a weakness.

I am not naive just maybe a little too

trusting at times.

I care too much about people and things 
that do not care about me.
I love wholeheartedly.

But remember one thing, 
I always notice way more than anyone ever realizes.

Woe is me,
the one who has a highly sensitive soul.

It is day 4 of the 30 day Blog-a-Day Challenge and I am moving right along!

Not only do I suffer from depression but I am also 

cursed with being overly sensitive.  

It is not a good combo.  Talk about too emotional!

I came across these helpful hints today on Facebook.

No way, me on Facebook!  I am a Facebook freak 

and am not afraid to let my freak flag fly.

I have had the pleasure of finding some pretty

awesome Mental Illness Pages! Including,  High Anxieties

 and I saw this, said out loud " hey, this is right up my alley."

A to Z Challenge: Sensitive

I cannot believe that the challenge is starting to wind down.
I feel a little sad but sad isn't my "S" word LOL.
Sensitive is my "S" word and topic of today.

I have always been overly sensitive about everything.
I can cry almost on cue, silly me.  I could be an actress.
It seems that everybody's moods and emotions reflect on me and
how I feel.  I hate that.  But that's me.
