I have been busy gathering more information, tips, and exercises for me to do to maintain a positive attitude, a high level of self-love, and to find my life's meaning all the while embracing true happiness. Phew! That was a mouth full...I am taking many small steps forward in this journey but better than two steps back. I am learning more about me every day. I am treating myself better with more kindness and respect. I know I am meant to do great things. I am embracing love and peace. I am grateful for the great qualities I am developing already. Here are some of the things I have discovered and am now doing so that I can keep a steady pace on my journey to self-love and happiness
