It is day 4 of the 30 day Blog-a-Day Challenge and I am moving right along!
Not only do I suffer from depression but I am also
cursed with being overly sensitive.
It is not a good combo. Talk about too emotional!
I came across these helpful hints today on Facebook.

I have had the pleasure of finding some pretty
awesome Mental Illness Pages! Including, High Anxieties
and I saw this, said out loud " hey, this is right up my alley."
A delightful post, Jamie. I was particularly intrigued by the "8 ways to help . . ." note. Especially "Write it Down. It is a very therapeutic experience." A counsellor friend once told me to write, then re-read what I have written. What really catches my attention in the re-reading tells me something about my passion.
