A to Z Challenge..An Auspicious Beginning
This is my first post for the 2013 Blogging From A to Z Challenge and boy am I nervous. As of right this minute, my theme for the month is positive words. I have a list of positive words to choose from that can be used in affirmations. Affirmations are positive self-declaration statements that I may need to get me through this challenge. Since positivity goes along with aspects of my blog my theme should work out quite nicely.
Now picking a positive word everyday that corresponds with the letter of the day and posting about it is going to be tough but I feel this is an auspicious beginning to a great month and an awesome challenge.
Auspicious suggests that the future is likely successful. I am going to have a promising outcome. I feel like things are in my favor and I have hope for the future. Maybe I don't need to be nervous about this challenge after all, I got this!

Fabulous word! I'm sure all your posts will be uplifting. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks I am sure going to try :) Trying to pick odd ones I haven't heard before LOL
DeleteThis is great! Just think! We'll all increase our vocabulary by 26 words! We can all use positive reinforcement! Great idea for the A-Z challenge. thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeletethat's right, I am providing a service as well as blogging LOL Good luck with the challenge.
DeleteI too am doing the challenge. I'm not nervous although I may not succeed. Not to sound corny but, I think its cuz I truly feel I learn in failure as much as success. SO either way its a win/win...my word can be Acceptance. Z~ (thanks for checking out my blog!)
ReplyDeleteyou are welcome! Glad you could stop by here :)
DeleteGreat word and I love affirmations too. You cannot go wrong by being kind to yourself. If you won't do it, why would we expect someone else to? Have a wonderful day and best of luck on the challenge!
ReplyDeleteGotta love yourself first :) Have a great day also!
DeleteThat's a good word. We could all stand some positivity!
ReplyDeleteBeing positive keeps me going!!
DeleteI look forward to seeing your A to Z challenge! Positive words keep every one going!
ReplyDeletePositivity is key to a happy, healthy life which I am trying to maintain :) Good luck in the challenge.
DeleteI agree that you don't need to be nervous. Just jump in and have fun!
ReplyDeleteThis challenge is hard: got to keep up on comments and replies, got to post relevant content daily, so slacking LOL But I think I can do this!
DeleteI look forward to your positive words through the month. And I tend to agree with your conclusion - You got this! :)
ReplyDeleteI think I got this but thanks for the encouragement :)
DeleteFantastic idea for a theme! I will swing back through to see more positive words later this month. I have no theme for my A to Z posts... feel unorganized now. Haha! Whoops!
ReplyDeleteTake care!!
Dee
Don't feel unorganized, maybe being unorganized is your theme :)More random at least. I consider myself the queen of random so having a theme and structure is hard for me LOL
DeleteGreat idea! And I've just come commenting on your other post urging you to stay positive! :) A for Awesome! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks Sumita! I will never give up on being positive just some days are a challenge :)
