Positively Depressed

Sometimes I have to be reminded that my feelings don't define me.  My feelings are real but depression doesn't define me.  I am aware of my feelings and try to control them but  I'm only a woman that happens to suffer from depression.  I hurt, I learn, I fall, I get back up and yet I am still thankful for this life, considering the alternative. I have decided to let go of the thoughts and feelings that weaken my soul..  I will remain strong and resilient; less and less will bother me.  AHHH, I choose positive thoughts, actions, and feelings now.
