From now through the end of

February, I will be focusing on self-love, 

sharing love, and being love by blogging, 

promoting, and inspiring others to do the same.

Together, we can encourage others

to choose self-love.

There is nothing more powerful, 

more freeing than a person who 

chooses to make a promise

 to love themselves unconditionally.

I have even took this a little farther, 

I said YES! to spreading messages 

of love--especially self-love.

I have made the Self-Love Promise.

I vow to focus on Self-Acceptance all year long.

I am committed to taking the actions necessary 

to strengthen my love for me, to accept myself 

fully, all the while believing in the

 power that love will bring to my life.

I promise to love myself.

I will share love with others.

I choose love daily.

I am a Love Ambassador.
