RSVP-1-Me
So I hate weekends. They suck!
This is the time that boredom and loneliness
sets in and that in turn brings out the depression.
Uuuugghhhh! My car is STILL in the shop.
I am sooooo broke because of it. I am low on food and household
supplies. Everthing is put on hold until I get paid Friday.
I have no energy to do anything. They say that this too shall pass.
Well it better pass through pretty damn quickly, that is all I have to say.
This anxious, worry feeling needs to get on down the road.
With this said, I am now too tired and cannot seem to focus on getting the
right words out. Woe is me!
Party Over!
THis reminds me of this restaraunt bar place we used to hang at in college. It was a local place so there were just a lot of all kinds of people there. WHen you were on a wait list ( it was always mobbed) they would announce whatever name you gave at the door over the loud speaker followed by the word "party"...I cant tell you how many times we were announced as the "pity party." somtimes we were the democratic or republican party or the Donner party...idiots! Hope your weekend improved and the car is fixed...my check engine light is on...I currently have my parking pass propped over it on the dash so I dont have to see it...it will go away right?
ReplyDeleteSorry you're having a bad time of it. Hopefully the car will be fixed soon. Might I suggest two things to help you feel better and to pass the time on wkends when you're bored. Taking a walk is always a good way to lightening your load. A little bit of exercise and fresh air can truly do wonders. It also will probably help you feel less tired. Print and color yourself a Flat Stanley and take pictures with him here and there. You'll find it intersting, people will want to know what you're doing, thus it becomes quite social. You may have pretty flower beds to photograph, kids on the playground, historic sign markers, interesting buildings to photograph with corner stones. All of which tell a story. I'd love to share your Flat Stanley adventures.
