Affirmations
According to www.successconsciousness.com, "affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and
which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and
trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the
affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and
desire". With that said, I have several different journals with tons of positive affirmations and positive self-talk entries. Repeating and rereading affirmations are the best way to combat negativity and to keep you from thinking negative thoughts. In the days and weeks to come I will be blogging about the affirmations that make me the happiest. I will also share with you lists of affirmations you can chose from and find the ones that fit your needs. Remember positive thoughts are happy thoughts and happy thoughts are happy, positive people :)
