Going Without Medication
Just recently I had to go five days without my anti-depressants and boy was I a mess. I just get very teary-eyed, everything bothers me and can cry about anything at the drop of a hat. I just didn't have the money for the refill. I tried to figure out ways, even thought about writing a bad check so that I could obtain my meds. But I didn't do it, thank God! I take Cymbalta and with my insurance it is $45 a month. With the other meds I take, it adds up to be over $100 a month. I survive on samples and generics on most of my meds. It is a shame that something I desperately need to live a better quality of life has to cost me so much. I know others pay way more than me and I am thankful for having insurance but I barely make ends meet and live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes life is just too hard to have to worry about where the money is going to come from for my meds. Thanks for letting me rant LOL. I feel better! Happy Tuesday!

I hate that things to help us live happily have to cost so much. Have you tried writing or calling the company? Sometimes they can help people out. :) I hope you have a Happy 4th!
