One Week Soul Challenge
Dedicate two minutes every morning
this week just to sit.
Close your eyes and breathe.
Breathe deeply in and breathe deeply out.
Ask yourself how you are feeling,
listen and be there for yourself for that moment.
Love yourself up.
Imagine white light showering your body
and insides with love and peace.
Breathe in that white light and exhale it.
Do it while you’re in the shower or while you pee or poop.
I don’t care. Just do it. I challenge you.
So get on it.
