Valor, as it pertains to me and my life,
is personal bravery, perseverance, and courage to 
be the warrior that I am.

Daily challenges are tough for me, yet
I am able to make it to the next day 
knowing that my spirit is not broken.

My daring heart and soul has 
endured lifelong sadness,
 loneliness, stress, depression
and a midst the struggles of life
I still remain strong and hopeful.

That my friends is how I define valor!
